The God given purpose…
To lead church leaders to Hear & Follow Jesus First, Before anything else so that they can be at their best by engaging in God’s Word.
I’ve been in big ministries. Small ministries. Church staff. Volunteer. Freelancer. Business owner.
I love listening to podcasts, reading leadership stuff and watching documentaries about the people at the top of their game.
My burden is for people leading in ministry contexts to receive the Life in their soul directly from Jesus through a Hear & Follow relationship with him.
Too often, we get sucked into the “have to’s” and “supposed to’s”.
Have to do what seminary tells us.
Supposed to follow the religious rules.
Have to do what leadership books tell us is best practices.
Supposed to follow the church growth model.
Those can be great. God can use them as a tool to help you and your church.
But none of them are God. Jesus alone is the Source of Life inside our soul.
Whatever content is put out on this website, the goal is to help you develop a deeper relationship with Jesus. This way he alone supplies you with Life inside your soul. Then, because you are a disciple of Jesus, you are able to disciple others to be at their best because they Hear & Follow Jesus First, Before anything else.
