Presence is Love.
God so loved the world that he showed up.
God walked among us.
God died for us.
We are in an epidemic of another kind. You’ve felt this one too. This epidemic had started before the pandemic, but COVID helped accelerate this trend too.
We’re living in the “Care-Less” epidemic.
You’ve experienced this epidemic. You’ve gone to the restaurant, hotel, retail store, or called the customer service hotline and experienced people who could care-less about being there. Who could care-less about truly helping.
Presence is Love. Not the gushy or lusty love. The Love that cares about other people. The Love that will do whatever it takes to serve another human.
When you show up with your Presence, you show up with your Love. You could be anywhere else at that particular moment of time. However, because you choose to devote 100% of your attention to the person in front of you, you show up with Love.
Showing up with Love is to show up with Value
Giving your Presence tells others, “I value you.” Before people know their own value, they must feel valued. This is where customer service blow ups happen…the customer doesn’t feel valued. This is where turn over problems happen…the employee doesn’t feel valued.
The good news is someone experiences value by just receiving someone’s full Presence. Not by reading a script. Not by being in the same room, but distant mentally and emotionally.
But by having your full and undivided attention.
Follow Your Example
God had the best customer service ever known to the history of the world.
Though we were broken, God didn’t return us and ask for a refund. God returned his Son so he would die…and we could receive the refund.

Do you feel value? It is because God valued you enough to show up.
I’m not here to tell you what your return policy should be. I’m here to remind you that when you show up with your Presence, you show up with Love.
And when you show up with Love…when you Care-More…people feel valued. When people feel valued, they see themselves as valuable.
And what you want more than anything else is valuable people.
